The Best is Yet to Come
Devised and directed by David Zippel
Cy Coleman – one of Broadway’s most legendary composers – is a name synonymous with the energy, heat and sensuality of Manhattan. Devised and directed by his collaborator, David Zippel, The Best Is Yet to Come is a celebratory revue that includes the New York premiere of songs from two unpublished Coleman musicals, as well as his hits from City of Angels, Sweet Charity, Barnum, The Life, The Will Rogers Follies and Little Me, and many of the standards he wrote that were made famous by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Barbra Streisand. Winner of the 2012 Drama Desk Award for Best Revue.
